@Erigami: you’re right. Didn’t really give it much thought when I coppied the feature section from the project’s site. Though it is ‘more of a detail’, I think it’s quite an important one.

I’ve never really thought of the development language as a “feature.” It’s more of a detail, IMO.

Comix is excellent, I was using CDisplay on Windows and was amazed at how much better it was.
Sound Converter is very good for changing audio formats quickly, and most importantly it supports converting tags, something which I need (Once spent 5 days converting 5000 files to mp3 only to discover they had no tags :’( )
Is Cowbell better than Picard because I found that excellent. I’m still waiting for some Media players better than what’s on other OS, nothing matches eases of Mediamonkey and Media Player Classic with K-Lite codec pack

hey, nice post. I use Tucan 0.8.3 alpha on my slackware box, and it performs great. No more stupid waiting to download another part of some file as free user… I like it, it’s written in python, just download it and run it. Foolproof… The example how programs should be written… My recommendation…
